Microwave vacuum drying device
Drying food in a vacuum state of -98 kPa.
By creating a vacuum, the boiling point is lowered, allowing food to be dried at around 30°C to 40°C. Since there is no heat applied, there is almost no deterioration of the food. The drying time is quick (leafy vegetables take about 4 to 6 hours). It is also possible to dry high-sugar black garlic.
